The cost of renting a luxury restroom trailer for your wedding depends on several different factors, including the size of the wedding, the size of the trailer, location of the wedding, length of rental, how far in advance you book, etc. Depending on location, our small rentals start around $1500 and scale up to $2500+. Yes to all 3! Most of our trailers require access to electricity and a water source, but we also offer self-contained units with onboard water tanks and generators for an additional charge, if needed.
All of our trailer need to be set up on a flat piece of land, and need to be in a spot that our trucks can access easily, so that we can drop off & pick up the trailer.
TLDR; sooner is always better! We recommend trying to book bathroom trailers at least 4 weeks in advance, but up to 6 months in advance for peak seasons (summer and fall). That said, if it’s last minute, call us today to see if we have any last minute availability. Book today!

Porta Potties are great for construction sites, backyard casual parties, and outdoor events where guests aren’t spending hours. They’re portable, affordable, and get the job done.
Restroom Trailers are for when your bathroom is a part of the guest experience. Think: a 6-hour wedding where your aunt’s in a dress, guests are freshening up makeup and taking photos. A trailer has running water, flushable toilets, air conditioning, and lighting. Guests use it and think “well that was pleasant” — not “ugh, porta potty” (not that we’ve ever thought that!).
