How big of a restroom trailer do I need for my party?

The number of units depends on the size of your event, the duration, and whether alcohol will be consumed. As a general rule fo parties, we recommend:

  • 50-125 guests: 2- or 3-stall trailers 
  • 125-200 guests: 4-stall trailers 
  • 200+ guests: 6-, 8-, and 10-stall trailers

The cost of renting a restroom trailer depends on a couple of different things: the size of the party, the size of the trailer needed, location of the event, length of rental, how far in advance you book, etc. Depending on location, our small rentals start around $1500 and scale up to $2500+. Usually, yes. We need:

  • A flat, accessible spot (our truck needs to access it)
  • Room to park the trailer (doesn’t have to be fancy)
  • Ideally access to electricity and water (but we offer self-contained units with generators and onboard tanks for an extra fee)

Absolutely. Our trailers are weather-proof, and rain won’t affect them. 

For most outdoor parties, we recommend that you book bathroom trailers about 4 weeks in advance, but up to 4-6 months in advance for peak seasons (summer and fall). We can often accommodate shorter notice — just call and we’ll see what we can do.

 

Totally depends on your vibe and budget. Porta potties are affordable and fine for casual backyard events. A restroom trailer is the upgrade — guests actually want to use it, it looks nicer, and people talk about how great the bathrooms were. For larger celebrations or corporate events, trailers tend to be worth it. For a casual 20-person backyard party, a porta potty also works. Call us and we’ll help you pick.
